I haven't posted here in a while, but I'll start again now. Never thought I would do it, but I joined a gym. I have gone about 5 times so far. Went last night and stayed for about 1.5 hours - did a ski machine, dreadmill with an incline of 15 (highest setting) and several machines of which one I really love (rowing machine). I was aching like a mf by the time I got home, but feel fine now. I wish I had all of those machines at home because I hate exercising around other people.I probably need to go either sooner or later so I miss the after work crowd.

I had to get a bunch of exercise clothes, shoes, gym bag, and I'm glad my hair is shorter because I sure wouldn't feel like washing and drying really long hair everyday. I even go without any makeup on which is a first for me! I've been making lots of changes lately. Just got me a cold brewer which I'm going to start drinking cold green matcha tea! I think it will do me good to go to this gym - it gets me out among the living.

Just came back from the gym and did 40 min of cardio. For some reason, I always end up with a headache. Maybe I'm dehydrated.

Hour and a half at the gym again. Now I can't even move. I literally can't even move. I'm going to become a permament fixture on the couch. I did 30 min on the dreadmill with the incline between 10-15. Then I did the weight machines and a 100 strokes on the rowing machine with I think 45 weight - I'll have to make note of that next time. The only thing able to move right now are my fingers. Ugh.

Hit two jogs over three weeks, a bit on the punchbag, managed two long walks and one heavy, one light weight session and sit ups/crunches and all that demanding writhing stuff which promotes good sweating, mood been low recently and giving myself more rest so not been going as hard but hope to get back to a more demanding schedule soonish.

Paddleboarding, when done correctly, makes you ripped.
I'm getting muscles on top of my muscles.

Like nurseangela, I recently joined a gym. Not by myself though. With my flatmate. She's going through a rough patch with depression lately, we talked about what might help and she said she wants to lose weight. So do I and there's a gym 5 minutes walk away from our house.

So far we've been twice. We go on the exercise bikes, do some weights and then go on the rowing machines. Not a lot but it's a start.

Another hour with Gilad and another headache. Crap. Time for a shower and then some serious time with my neck massager.

Omg I'm doing the advanced reebok step workout and not only do you have to learn the routine, but there is tons of jumping. And you have to watch your moves so you have to know where the step is at all times or you'll fall on your ass. I'm completely out of breath and it's just the first routine of of 4

I had to stop and sit down I can't catch my breath
I used my inhaler but I don't think it's working
This is worse than Shawn T or p90x
I probably just need to get used to it I haven't exercised much lately

Definitely time for a water break

I had to stop I'm exhausted.
Plus the next move is a karate kick as you jump up on the step - I don't need to fall on my ass twice in one night.
