Thank you very much. Trying to pep myself up and strengthen my legs (as I have peripheral neuropathy). I always liked swimming... might try that out for a while.

I tried what's called 'aerial yoga' yesterday evening. I'm happy I excercised and tried something new, but it was very much not something I'd try again. It's yoga poses where you are leaning on or suspended from a giant, looped piece of fabric bolted to the ceiling, and I wasn't coordinated enough for some of them.

^^^ That sounds really hard! I did a Hot yoga by accident a while ago and I will not be doing that again. It was not advertised as hot yoga and think it should have been. The room was totally enclosed with infrared lamps on the ceiling. It stank of sweat and I really do not like being all hot and sweaty. It makes me cranky.
Today I did Pilates and swimming.

Rode my bike about thirty miles on Friday, and again today. Different routes. Serious wind on Friday, brutal wind today. Pretty great when the wind was with me, though. Had a lady say I was breaking the (25 mph) speed limit once. Passed a car on flat ground at a different time.
Doing a lot more cardio and bringing weight workout back to a couple a week, was focusing on other necessary stuff and had a very down period for several months and had to use all my energy on navigating that so attempting to spare some mojo to keeping my physical form as healthy as I can manage, have much more ability to do that than regulate mental side.

11 months into weightlifting and I have really transformed my body. I never thought I could have a body like this and I love focussing on what I am going to aim at next and which areas to tone up.
