Why do you want to lose weight? 141 at 5'10 is a healthy weight. Is it for a certain sport, or do you think you're fat?

I just want to be thinner, so I'll be prettier. I don't think I'm fat, but I wish I was thinner, that's all.

at least one guy would hope you don't sacrifice bootyliciousness for transiently fashionable svelteness. most fashion sucks, IMHO.

Bookworm, I don't think that you need to lose weight either, but if you do some exercises to build muscle tone you will look leaner. You should keep in mind that muscle weighs more than fat. Honestly, unless you have a very small frame, I think that at 5"10, 141 pounds is slightly underweight.

I'm 5'8" and happily ignorant of my weight..probably around 113 or 115 pounds.I'm a raw foodist,start the day practicing ashtanga yoga for an hour,then running an hour and light weights.I chill a porridge I make of raw almond meal,almond milk,coconut oil,agave,goji berries and raw cacao,have that for breakfast with fresh fruit and/or vegetable juices.I've never had so much energy in my life! sometimes I have a date to eat right before yoga,and I always carry raw snacks with me.I have a lot of kale and spinach,carrots,celery,avocadoes,nuts,olive oil in my diet.My favorite snack is frozen banana and berry ice cream with a drizzle of agave nectar and walnuts on top.
I recommend anyone try just a day on the raw food diet.It's amazing how much energy you have,how much MORE you get from the foods which haven't been cooked! :D

gee, when i'm full of chili i'm just full of weightless gas so i'd weigh just about the same, plus the weight of a big heaping bowl of chili.

Whoa... I went to the doctoe today to get a checkup, and it's been four years since I got a full checkup. I grew from 5'11 and 119 to 6'1 and 129bs. Finally passed the six foot mark!
