Yeah. I am with you on that. I don't know how I ever did that, in hindsight.

yes, at least in a physiological sense but also in my moods. I "feel the weather" in my bones and sinews, and after a long hot summer, fall makes me smile. after a long winter, springtime makes me smile.

I ate slowly until I entered uncle sam's army, and since then [4+ decades] I've had to resist the urge to wolf down my grub.

Anyone have asthma? I take Symbicort, Spiriva and Montelukast for mine and I still wheeze and have a chronic cough. I see my doctor next week and I'm going to complain.

My new post workout shake is by far the best I've had yet.

Completely dairy free and really thick and smooth. Cookie and cream flavour. I'll be getting it again if I can get it at a good price.

@renaeden I don't have asthma. Sorry I can't help. Hopefully someone else will come along

Is your diet dairy free in general?

No but I changed to lactose free dairy milk about 2 years ago because I had a feeling I may have a slight lactose intolerance. Then last week I switched to soya milk just because it's half the price of dairy milk.

And the post workout stuff normally has dried milk in and I found that to be harsh on my intestines so I bought this new stuff and it is really really good. I only need one scoop in soya milk or even water and it's just like a macdonalds milkshake

It's a bit on the dear side though but at least I'm not stuffing my face with toast or sugary cereals after a workout

I am not dairy free, but I prefer soya milk over dairy milk if I have a choice. I even use it in hot drinks.

Yeah it's really nice in tea but I can't get the hang of it when I make my daughter a coffee in the morning time. I find it goes all weird looking.

It works fine for my coffee, ha. You just need to stir well.

I get some mild symptoms of congestion if I drink milk straight, but I can do it if I want.

The main barrier for me to drinking cows milk or adding cows milk to cereals or tea is... the taste.

I find it has an ickiness about it.

I prefer soya milk for that reason.

I do like real milk but I'm like you with the mild symptoms

I like the soya milk. It's got a kind of nuttiness to it
