I just bought a gibbon slackline it should be here sometime this week. It is 2inches vs the traditional 1 inch. Has anyone slackined before it looks really fun?

in the movie Elvira Maddigan she sneaks away and rigs up a slackline on which to practice her high wire act.

I'll have to watch that sometime. I just got it today, it is so much fun. Its a great core workout and ALOT harder than it looks.

I've been wanting to try this for a few years now. I have sohh much going on with my life that I don't know if I'll have the dedication to set one up and then use it enough. Is there a cheap and easy way to have one and set it up?

Dude i love it, its really addicting and helps out your balance a lot. The gibbon slack lines are 2in in webbing compared to 1 in traditional slacklines. I prefer the 2in both are hard but the 2in is slightly easier and a lot more durable. http://www.gibbonslacklines.com/index.asp I bought the 15 meter one it was like 75 bucks with shipping. I was at home depot the other day and saw they were selling 20 ft of 2in webbing with the wench for 35 bucks which would work, otherwise if u have 75 bucks i would get a gibbon. Its fast and easy to set up.

Alrighty, their video shows how it works. Very easy to setup, indeed:

Might not be hard to make the product at Home Dumpo work the same way. All it probably needs is a loop at each end.
