What vitamins and supplements are you now taking that you've found to be helpful to you? So many different are reccomended it boggles the mind. I've read a bit about the fungus therory of autism along with my other health issues so I wanted to see what others suggested.

I've found some of the Enzymatic line to be quite good and recommend their Endpain. My daughter is showing signs of being on the scale so I've put her on Enzymatic treatment for children. Also I take some Nonijuice for pain and have found the Nonijuice lotion excellent for many skin irritations.

My sister is an RN and believes strongly in homeopathy. I was talking to her about a pediatric homeopath I'd like my daughter to see, but my darned insurance is so pathetic he is not on their list. He apparently specialises in the autistic spectrum and believes in better vaccine alternatives. I suppose it doesn't hurt to keep checking for her...

I have been trying orthomolecular medicine. I take therapeutic doses of certain vitamins for allergies - currently 40 g of vitamin C, 1.5 g of niacin, and 250 mg of vitamin B6. So far the vitamin C has made my IBS much better, but still waiting for the allergic shiners to disappear.

I take a calcium supplement separate from my regular medication.
