Hi!

Here are some tips that could help you :

- waking up EVERYDAY at the same time, and not wake one or two hours later on weekends;
- not sleeping too much, 7 or 8 hours is good but it depends on you, sleep the amount of time that you need to be fit and still be able to sleep at night;
- having a "sleeping routine", doing the same everyday, before bed.

Hope I helped you!

My troubles sleeping occur every night when I dream, I wake up straight after one always very early in the morning.

I always have dreams, not a night without them. Usually I have two before I am awake for the day.

When you can get back to the gym some good pretty intense cardio activity can help put you out if you warm up and cool down properly; just of course don't go intense every day.

When you call it a day drop the temperature down a little if you can. Try going easy on the carbohydrates late in the evening if you are not already.
