I've been very stressed out about school lately, and around the same time my dizziness (which I usually have 1-2 a week from low blood pressure and goes away after a few minutes) is getting severely worse. I've missed so many days from school because I'll nearly faint from doing something as mild like putting on my clothing. A few times I've even felt dizzy even when sitting or lying down, which NEVER happened before. I also find the dizziness different then it was before. Before I would feel mildly dizzy and it would get progressively get worse if I didn't drink any water or rested. Now it comes in waves, and most of the time my head will really hurt (like I'm about to cry severe pain kind of hurt) when these waves of dizziness come. They're really sudden too, which scares me to death, and it usually comes after I've been stressed out - not during usually.
Should I go see a doctor? I don't see myself relaxing any time soon, not until I can get my math mark up to a 70%

Yes, you should go see a doctor. Let us know what he/she says. I hope you feel better.

From what I understand stress can most certainly contribute to hypotension (the low blood pressure that's causing your dizziness). The most usual mechanism would be by way of hyperventilation.

If your emotional stress is causing your breath to become more rapid and shallow, this could well be linked to your dizziness, and should be the subject of a discussion with your doctor.

Hope that the two of you can find a way to manage this successfully.

I'm breathing fine, I'm usually about 30-45 minutes after being stressed and pretty calm when this starts. Even when I stress, I try and make sure I'm breathing deeply.

Yes, indeed, stress can cause or worsen dizziness in my experience. However, since so many sinister things can cause it too, a doctor should be involved. But if nothing else bad is going on, addressing the stress might help. I found guided imagery on my iPod to be helpful. When I'm really dizzy, half an Antivert helps.

Last night, while feeling dizzy my head started to twich uncontrollably. It lasted for 20 minutes. I'm planning on seeing my doctor after the bloodwork comes back, because he can't do much without that information.

From what I read and have found on the internet. I believe its possible you might have fibromyalgia. Reducing stress can be very helpful with it as well. There are a number of other things it could be as well though.
