I have gone back to being vegetarian, and I am now in month 3 of the new routine. I am cooking from the Tassajara cookbook. I am the cook at my house. I have always enjoyed pretty good health but lately I have been feeling really good. A couple of close friends say that I seem more relaxed. How does this work for other people? Is it seen as a good idea, generally?

I tried this a few years back (and again a few years before that come to think of it) and it did make me feel much better. I gave up at the time as it was before my diagnosis and I was hoping it would make me better around people. Ditto exercise. Maybe I'll go back to it in the springtime.

I think the best diet is veg most days, meat occasionally isn't it? That seems to be the natural diet, if that word means anything.
