well, ive been having to go to the doctors lately for issues that dont really pertain to what im gonna be mentioning. In a normal Healthy individual, is this even normal?

1)Blood Pressure 110/60
2)Height/Weight being 6"3, and currently 200 lbs
3)Extremely low body fat (I dont go by BMI, I actually had the water displacement test done, which came to around 11%)
4)I dont exercise much at all, especially since it has gotten colder out. (warmer weather like 60F and above, ill usually go for like 2-3 hour long walks)
5) Hemaglobin count is 14 (of course when i got it checked, I was also having profuse bleeding from an anal fissure, which is in fact what all the doctors appointments are for)
6)I do suffer from near constant constipation. I have been trying to root out all the sources, but nothing so far seems to cause it, or it may be in fact no matter WHAT I eat, it happens.
7)The only thing i drink is water (the source at home is actually from a natural aquifer and spring system, so I dont get water from a resevoir, but from a tap that runs from the house directly into the spring/aquifer. And yeah, it is clean water, it gets tested regularly. I will, on occasion drink fruit juice (either homemade, or from the organic health food shop). I also brew green tea on occasion as well.

110/60 is certainly on the low side. A diastolic pressure of only 60 is on the borderline for a finding of hypotension. That being said, you are young, and hopefully reasonably fit, with good elasticity in your vascular system, which would all suggest a lower diastolic. Your haemoglobin is within the normal range--but near the low end.

The simplest common factor between low blood pressure and constipation is dehydration. That's not to say that this is the situation for you, but you should ensure that your fluid intake is sufficient for your needs.

If diet is not demonstrating a significant impact on your bowel function, then it may be necessary to start looking at functional causes (a disorder of the bowel, rather than with diet). This is a conversation to have with your doctor as you both start to rule out causes.

That would depend on the population the hemoglobin concentration range is based on. For an adult male I think it's always going to normal but it would not not be on the low end with all ethnicities.
