Five reasons why I am dieting and exercising
5 REASONS TO GET MY GOAL WEIGHT OF 220 LBS.

Since last month, I have been going on a semi-strict diet and exercise program to get to my goal of 220 lbs. for the summer time. So here are my top five reasons why I am reaching for that plateau.
5. TO AUDITION FOR TALENT SHOWS LIKE AMERICAN IDOL OR X-FACTOR: Most of America don’t want to see a fat person embarrass himself/herself in front of millions people. Not to put down a lot of overweight and obese people, but people want to see people who are at least fit so they could have a better chance at advancing to the next round. I want to look good not only for America (and the rest of the world) for myself so I can show people that I have a lot of self respect for my body.
4. I CAN FINALLY ENJOY HIMSELF ON THE BEACH WITHOUT A SHIRT ON: Sure, I have taken off my shirt on the beach before when I was in Hawaii, but I still didn’t have the body I want. I’m not totally afraid of showing skin; however, I just want to improve myself more so I can have more confidence of showing my new and improved cut and lean body without being a self absorbed meathead.
3. TO HAVE SELF RESPECT: I’m always a respectable person even if I do not like somebody that I have to work or socialize with, but I can’t get anywhere if I do not respect myself. People love gals/guys who have a lot of self respect for one self, but to the point of being a selfish a-hole. Working out and dieting is a good way to get my self respect to a whole another level.
2. BETTER CHANCES OF DATING THE OPPOSITE SEX: In my opinion, I think women are looking for a guy who not only has a great personality and with ultimate stability, but they also want an attractive man who can sweep them off their feet. I do have the personality and the intelligence to attract a woman, but it’s not enough. If I can keep on reaching my goal of having a healthy workout and eating the right kinds of food, then the woman of my dreams come along before I know it.
AND THE #1 REASON WHY I AM GOING FOR THE 220 LB. GOAL….
TO LIVE A LONGER AND HEALTHIER LIFESTYLE: Nothing’s worse than dying at a young age because you want to live a very long time and not have to miss on life’s big milestones. People can say that they rather die short but exciting than long but mediocre. If that’s the case, then I rather die tiresome than stimulating. I want to get married, have beautiful children, and (maybe) be an awesome grandparent someday in my life. If I continue doing the healthy lifestyle for a long period of time, then I could live to I am about in my eighties thru nineties.
