Question. You actually don't know how to use a search engine?

stay fit, avoid starchy stuff and too much stress, and your hydraulics should continue to do as they were designed, up to the natural end of your life.

Horny goat weed and Yohimbe bark will help in this area, try finding a supplement that combines both and eating lots of celery is the best bet, eat plenty of celery.

You could also try Manhood max which combines all of these ingredients.

Quote:
Yohimbe (bark) Is the ONLY herb listed in the ( Physician's Desk Reference ) as supporting sexual function. The FDA approved Yohimbe ( the active ingredient in Yohimbe ) as the ONLY PLANT-DERIVED TREATMENT FOR IMPOTENCE years before v....a came along. Yohimbe's power comes from combination of alkaloid yohimbe blocks alpha-2 adrenergic nerve activity, which normally constricts the blood vessels are allowed to dilate. The result is that the yohimbe increases blood flow while reducing blood pressure. Increased blood flow enhances a man's ability to achieve and maintain a man's erection.

Peruvian Maca has been used by the native Peruvians since before the time of the Incas for both its nutritional and medicinal properties. It contains significant amounts of amino acids, complex carbohydrates, vitamins B1, B2, B12, C and E and minerals, including calcium, phosphorus, zinc, magnesium and iron. This herb has been traditionally used to increase energy, vitality, stamina and endurance in athletes, promote mental clarity, as an aphrodisiac for both men and women, for male impotence, menstrual irregularities and female hormone imbalances, including menopause.

Catuaba (bark) Herbalists and health practitioners in the U.S. have long used Catuaba as a tonic for the genitals, for sexual impotence, to treat fatigue, and insomnia. According to Michael van Staten, Catuaba is beneficial to men and women as an aphrodisiac, but "it is in the area of male impotence that the most striking results have been reported" and” there is no evidence of side effects even after long term use.

L-Arginine .improves blood flow to the genital area and gives erections that are harder, bigger, last longer and can be more frequent

Avena Sativa - Avena improves brain and nervous system function and has been used to treat impotence. It is extremely useful for aiding your body in recovering from exhaustion, as well as correcting sexual debility.

Tribulus Terrestris (fruit) increases testosterone, improves sex drive, builds strength and stamina. Tribulus terrestris is a testosterone enhancer

Damiana (leaf) - James Duke, Ph.D. in his Handbook on Medicinal Herbs (1985), claimed flower-stage harvested damiana makes "every nerve tingle with sexual sensation, whetting the appetite of lustful desire". Dutch herbalist E.F. Steinmetz introduced Europe to damiana in 1960, reporting that it possessed sexual enhancing properties that can only be experienced rather than described.

Bilberry (leaf) - It contains high levels of tannic acid, and improves circulation especially in the genital tissue.

Ginkgo Biloba - Ginkgo has become famous for its ability to improve vascular function and circulation, especially to the brain. Improved circulation is vital for normal sexual function and desire. Increased oxygen supply to the brain enhances desire, performance and enjoyment.

It means no erection even if you are excited. There are several drugs which help to maintain erection and fight against ED.

ED can also be caused by subclinical levels of circulating testosterone, which is my case. interestingly enough, vasodilators will make the tumescence happen anyways, but reaching orgasm can only happen when there is enough testosterone to make it happen, sometimes I have to struggle to make it there. I have found that there are occasional times, usually in the middle of the night or early morning before normal waking times, when ol' willie will spontaneously go SPROINGGG!! and stubbornly stay stiff until I take care of business, the orgasms during those times come much more quickly and with shocking intensity. for natural vasodilation I take 2 Grams of L-Citrulline and 100mg pycnogenol [a catalytic antioxidant which boosts the uptake of the L-Citruline several times. for the testosterone boost, I take precursor DHEA, Maca, and a preparation called "Testofen" which seems to do the trick in terms of returning to this old man the feeling of being frisky. :bounce:
