I've just started taking classes in this and it is awesome. Best adrenaline rush ever. It's basically a mix of martial arts and gymnastics.

Don't take it up if you're dyspraxic or hyper-vestibular, though. O_O

Interesting. The way you describe it sounds like the 'operatic' styles of the classic Kung Fu movies. Should be lots of fun, and you’ll get fit and agile in the process.

Coordination wise, you can improve, I can attest to that. I’m not sure about severe dyspraxia though.

Yeah it is lots of fun. I can't wait to go to next class, I'm ever so slightly obsessed with it, :D

I don't suffer from dyspraxia, happily. I am fairly good with my motor skills. :) I posted that last because I seem to remember that ASers commonly have it.
