I wander in and out of the crosswalk. I'm afraid I'm gonna be late for work because a cop pulled me over and accused me of being drunk, I'd fail the "walk with one foot in front of the other" test, not to mention I can't say the alphabet backwards even when I am sober.
I trip on the ground. No, my shoes are tied, and I don't have Shaq's feet. The ground is flat yet I trip. Obviously I don't lift my feet up above the ground enough.
The other night I tripped so badly that after I landed, I was facing the way I came from. I was walking to work when this happened. It's lucky I'm not senile, because if I was, I'd had ended up getting up off the ground and going back home and back to bed.
I lose my balance when attempting to stop walking, even sometimes falling down. I lose my balance when turning as if to walk around an obstacle or corner.

I've not had this problem before. I have one very wild guess; I've lost 50 pounds over the course of just a few months. Is it about sensory issues, that I'm not yet able to handle such a decrease in weight therefore I'm gonna stumble around?

I used to " crabwalk ". Martial arts is good for coordination and straight line walking + physical stuff makes you feel hungry and like eating properly.

Oh, ho ho. Wait till you see my new thread. (And kudos for the avatar. Summer Glau in general makes me melt, but ya gotta lve Cameron)

I've actually considered martial arts. But the programs around here are all for kids, and I don't wanna be a real life version of Dwight Shrute.

You should probably see a doctor. Mention the weight loss.

I would add suggestions of getting a hearing test (including tympanography). Also you might look into taking a beginner's ballet class.
BTW, what type of shoes have you been wearing? (I.E. flats versus heels).

I wear Adio. Only shoes I've ever worn that don't cause me pain. BTW, the "flats vs. heels" mixed with the ballet comment... I'm a dude.
