Good news for NBL fans
I have heard that the league will expand from 8 teams to 9 next season (which starts in October 2010)
the Sydney Kings will return after going broke in 2008. With a good management team (fingers crossed that they do a good job of the management)

I have heard that the season after this a team from Brisbane will join the league
(there used to be a team from there called the Bullets but they went broke).
The South Dragons may even come back in 2011 or 2012 for all I know. (the South Dragons are a Melbourne team) (they left the league before the remodelling started because they felt like they would go broke if they entered into that arrangement, The Tigers felt the same way and pulled out also but a month later the Tigers came back in).
It will be on free to air TV

I am happy they will put on free to air TV because it means we can watch the games on the LCD TV we have (the foxtel is connected to the older tv), and hopefully my mother won't whine about bad picture quality, she seems to have trouble telling the teams apart.
Positive news this is.
My favourite team is the Melbourne Tigers.
