I've started learning this, it's the safe version for novices though (you get to do it over soft mats rather than straight on to concrete..) I'm getting a bit addicted. I really want to get good. Anyone else do some??

Lol, I saw one of those, it looked pretty horrific. One guy nearly impaled himself, another took a run up landed on a concrete pillar which collapsed and fell on him.

I should have made a fail video for you last session, lol. I overshot a jump, started to fall headfirst, arched my neck frantically away from the ground trying not to paralyze myself, fell on my chest and stomach and severely winded myself and bent up my lower spine. Nothing serious though, some cold gel fixed the spine issue :)

I still want to get good enough to actually do it on concrete.

Local sports centre. Ask around where you live and see if there is a class anywhere. You should definitely try it, it's great fun and good for them motor skills :)

did it a bit years ago but it was quite basic. we just ran around this local cathedral jumping and clambering over the walls. it was great fun. i kinda think if you get serious about it your going to nail yourself through injury or strain. That's why i do kitesurfing instead, a better kind of aerial ninja :D

There was an absolutely amazing video of so either russian or latvian guys. absolutely mindblowing, they clearly had a good background in gymnastics. I'll see if i can find a link.
