here we go again, the body body is screaming EAT :!:
but the rest of me is saying "I don't wanna!"

the cat, however, wants to eat, but not what he's got.
which is the only thing on hand for him.

interesting contrast in creatures.

Hi! It's me again. So what do you have at home that you could possibly eat that does not require any preparation?

I find with myself that the longer I wait to eat something when I am hungry the more difficult it becomes to actually eat.

The main reason to eat right now is to feel better. Once you do you will be able to think more clearly. It's like taking an ibuprofen if you have a headache.

Hope this helps.

Hey Irene;

It would need to be something which doesn't contain much in the way of wheat, dairy, or sugar.

I am at a loss, out of ideas.

How about a quick microwaveable rice dish?

I usually wait until nausea is reached. And then, when I do embody
the intake itself, feels more like an allergic reaction, than a source of nourishment.

Could some one plz sign me up for some sort of I.V. ?
:)

When I was sick once, as a child, and lost a third of my body weight, my mother made me some rice. Rice with mushrooms and just the juices f/ the cooking of the shrooms. It was the BEST. =)

So right on, on the plain rice idea!

The rice idea sounds great. I've heard that rice and beans is nutritionally a perfect meal. Someone once told me that a banana works as well. The Red Cross gives people orange juice after they give blood. Maybe that would help.

Do you eat tofu? Protein always helps.

Were you able to eat anything last night? If so, did it help you feel better? Also what was it?

I feel like I'm in the same situation right now.
