I started releasing massive amounts of adrenaline...Pupils were huge, my skin overheated all over, heart rate was like 130/140...

And it was not a panic attack. More of a "go destroy something" attack...I felt aggressive and reckless.

And it intensified if I pressed heavily on my adrenal area...

Does this sound like something I should worry about??

That seems like a panic attack.

It wasn't caused by an emotional stimulus, and I was not feeling fear. I felt aggressive and reckless....

seems like it could still be that. aggression usually stems from fear.

It didn't come from an emotional stimulus, though. I was in a normal emotional state when this thing hit.

And the feeling definitely didn't stem from fear. I felt high like I was on some really powerful stimulant drug.

Under the influence right now, for no discernible reason...

And it is definitely not a panic attack. I just feel like I really really need to hit something.

Same effects otherwise. Overheating, fast heart rate, skin is damp...
