And it's really common for people to have strong cravings for foods they're allergic to or intolerant of.
Before the doctor took me off milk and other dairy when I was a pre-teen, I was drinking a gallon of milk a day. My mom would be furious and tell me I couldn't touch the milk but I couldn't help myself, I wanted it so bad.
Snap.
I was addicted to milk for a while...
