I hope I can get fat like my favorite star, Kevin Federline.

I am currently 5'6'' (or around 170cm) and I am now at 128 pounds (58kg). It's nice to wear 4XL shirts and shorts and sneakers all around like him!

Hmm how can I get fat like him, I am wondering... I am targeting 240 lbs.

Wasn't Federline more popular before he got fat? Anyway, Federline is considered attractive despite beeing fat, not because he is fat. If becoming fat is your ultimate goal, eat more carbs and less proteins. Drink regular Coke instead of Diet Coke.

Eating expensive 'diet' foods will probably help, but may also kill you. Be careful. Substitute whole foods with processed food products. Good luck.

what... don't get fat on purpose, you idiot! Kevin Federline's sexy because he's famous, not because he's fat!

Please read this. I used to weigh about 200 lbs at 5'3" and trust me, I feel so much better now that I have lost 60 or so pounds. When you're overweight you just feel bad all of the time. You're slower than everyone, it's difficult to breathe, you're tired all of the time, and it also has connections with depression. Arthritis, joint problems, back problems, higher risk of cancer, so on and so forth.... Remember, all that extra fat is going to be pressing up against organs and nerves and it's going to be very uncomfortable and can cause sciatica, which is very painful. It seriously weakens your immune system so you're sick much more often. It's a serious risk to your health. Considering the fact that you are planning on nearly doubling your own body weight, not to mention 240 lbs on a 5'6" skeleton is considered borderline morbidly obese at 38.7 on the BMI scale (40 being morbidly obese) you're going to really mess yourself up. You're still young, don't throw a healthy body in the trash before you no longer have a choice. It's the only one you've got.

128 lbs for your height is right in the middle of the "normal" weight range at 20.7 . Please, don't gain weight just because you want to look like your favorite celebrity. You have a life still far ahead of you; don't ruin the vessel you carry it in before you're 30. If you're serious about gaining some extra fluff, I recommend you gain no more than 30 lbs, and do it healthily using foods that are not processed but rather natural oils and nuts while still eating all of your daily servings of fruits and vegetables. Fruit juices tend to have a lot of calories; try the "Naked," or "Odwalla" brand.

I wish you health, luck, and happiness.

Thank you for your replies. I hope I can still stay healthy no matter what will my weight be like at age 32, and beyond.

Yes indeed. If, to KFed, food helps to distract the problem away, then I suppose he will continue to eat pasta and pizza and all these oily and starchy stuff to keep him full - and stop him from thinking about the pain brought by Britney. But it is apparent that he needs some female company to keep him sexually stimulated (along with some female presence with his children). So this was why KFed slimmed down again after a while... Because he's now ready to be 'hot' again.

Well my thread is indirectly a question to most of the other Aspies I know, who are mostly grossly overweight - why are they so? Why they really drink fruit juice and eat pizza and pasta and eat processed food and so on?

I think it's better to just be more well built that to be fat, but since your young, it will take time for you get have a bigger image of yourself.
I wish I was like that, I doubt I'd ever get fat unless I reach my 20's or 30's when my metabolism starts to slows down.

You need to build weights and eat loads of carbs and proteins and healthy stuff, also to eat more than you normally do to get bigger and a more sexier build if you also lift weights and exercise.

I suggest you try a fat suit first. Lugging around all those pounds doesn't sound like fun.

This made me laugh.

I hope your joking, but if your not, invest in a fat suit first, and if your unhappy with the results, then do the obvious. Mcdonalds everyday. Dollar menu if its hard for you to afford.

However it wont do you any good if you have a heart attack

good luck!

You can start by NOT DOUBLING YOUR WEIGHT. Seriously dude, that's more than likely to shorten your life. How old are you? If you're only in your 20s and pretty thin, then you've probably got to wait it out until your early 30s before your hormones change and turn you into a 5 and half foot tall blob.
