I have a wii fit which I bought after I lost confidence to go out walking or cycling etc. So right now wii is a bout all I get to do.

I don't suppose its very beneficial, but it's better than nothing, though it get a bit dull after a short time of playing.

I think gyms must be aweful places. I dont like being so close to strangers, I not like seeing sweaty & smelly people and I think gyms are often very noisy.

Wii Fit Plus is fun and it's nice being able to weigh my pets to make sure they're keeping healthy, but for a good workout I much prefer The Biggest Loser. I barely break a sweat playing Wii Fit Plus, but I sweat profusely doing the workouts on the Biggest Loser game.

I use wii fit plus. After awhile it gets boring, but i took a long break from it and came back and worked out really good last night. It's fun! Oh. also, there is Exercise TV online. They have free videos!

Used to bike and swim like crazy until I got a pilonidal cyst removed. Now I cant even sit on a bike seat.
Not recommended for me to swim either because of the fact it is still somewhat of an open sore.

So really, exercise for me has been Walking for like 4-5 hours a day. Running/jogging that distance if my sore isnt bugging me too much. DDR, and my LARP group. (Yes fighting people with padded weapons can be a really awesome and fun workout, and you REALLY feel it the next day.)

I like my Wii Fit and Wii Fit Plus a lot, but I stopped using it when I messed up my back (not because of the Wii) and haven't started back up even though my back is now fixed.

I also do a lot of gardening and yard work.

I don't really like Wii Fit. It is very limiting I think in terms of how much calories you can burn in a time frame.

I used to bike a lot and my main reason to professing love towards bikes is that at the speeds I rode burning 1000 calories an hour isn't hard at all. Yes it's a way more difficult exercise (at constant 20+mph) but that's why it works for me and anyone who values their time and doesn't mind the strenuous nature of it.

I've never been to a gym but weightlifting was like the best part of my life 3 years ago. I got all the praise I felt like I deserved. Not to mention yet again I do prefer strenuous exercise.

Try bike-riding in my area. We get a large amount of people coming through who are training for the Tour-De-France and other cross country races. You'd probsbly enjoy the challenge of the constant terrain changes, turns, and all the hills and such I think.

I want to lose weight and look after my supporting muscles so wii games don't count as excersise. I go to the gym 3-5 times pw unless I am sick.

I have Wii Fit Plus, I like it. It's not a very intense workout, but it's better than watching TV. The yoga and strength training are kind of strange-- I'd rather do those things in "real life". But I really like the step aerobics, the obstacle course, snowball fight, and stuff like that.

The running and the obstacle course part on the Wii board will make me sweat a bit more. So does the boxing.
