...for the last couple of days 
. Diabets, my CHF-water retention, iron pills.
Yes, I do think they are good for me. But-...THEY MAKE ME PISS ALL OVER MYSELF! 
And, living in a shelter with the bathroom rather far away, not a place or even " a room "
of my own"...you get hated for that! What am I going to do?
