Weight lifting & bodybuilding is one of my special interests, and I've been doing it for more than half my life... I used to have a big problem trying to gain muscle mass without body fat, and it was very tough to do. It's possible that you need to have your testosterone and estrogen levels checked by a hormone specialist. Not just a quick "regular doctor's" blood test, but a real hormone workup. I finally had a hormone workup after some health problems came up (trigloycerides nearly 500, and deadly, uncontrollable high blood pressure for no reason), and my testosterone and estrogen were off the charts in the wrong direction, and I was bordering on diabetic due to insulin and aldosterone levels rocketing up & down out of control! I got that all balanced now, and I'm seeing the results that a normal person would expect to see. But let me also warn you, that if you do this without a doctor, it's very dangerous and especially as someone else pointed out, an Aspie might have serious issues with bigger meltdowns. Balance is the whole key...
