This is to do with health so I posted in this section.

Today in college, I noticed my left eye's vision become really fuzzy, until I was almost blind in that eye. My head then started hurting really badly. I had a drink in my break time, which didn't help. I also felt sick, like really sick. I could have thrown up at any moment. I thought "Oh no, not here!"

What made it worse was the class were disecting pig hearts in our biology lesson, but I didn't do it. The people just thought I didn't like blood or something. I wouldn't normally mind but I felt so sick. I didn't hurl in the end, I just came home at lunchtime to collapse on my bed and sleep it off. I didn't go back into college though.

I didn't tell the teacher I felt ill, I just don't ask questions . Something I've always really struggled to do that I really need to work on.

Anyways did these sound like symptoms of a migraine? And is there a specific cause?

Sounds more like the symptoms of a TIA - a precursor to a stroke. If this was happening to me I would have gone directly to the ER.
