I started exersing last july and I have to say, it is the best desision I ever made! If you exersise, and you dont push yourself too hard, then your life will slowly but shurley take a turn for the better!
I have lost 10 pounds scince I started exersing and now I think Im gaining some mussle weight. I find that I get a better nights sleep, and my self esteem has gone up! Also scince my mom exersises with me this is a good chance for us to bond! And the exersing is a good chance for me to burn off any stress I have!
I cant be the only one who loves to exersise! Who else agrees?

Yep I do it and what your saying is all true. I also do weights as it helps my joints and lower back and general sense of wellbeing.
A couple of things I've worked out for making exercise an ongoing part of my life (well they work for me) one is to not try and exercise too hard. If I do that and start measuring results I get into a cycle of next time thinking "gotta improve" and then I start to think of it as an ordeal because its hard so it gets offputting, eventually you miss a day then start going on a cycle of boom and bust. Exercise should be enjoyable and not too much of a stress I reckon (unless your training for a competition which is a different objective). So yeah what your saying about not pushing yourself too hard is completely true, but results will truly come.

Also something I read Ranulph Fiennes (famous adventurer) said was that when he's sitting down and a thought comes along that says "I should really get up and do some exercise" instead of thinking about it further and all the reasons not too, and the wherefores and whatnot, he just immediately stands straight up off the couch and starts doing some. I think thats brilliant it stops the thinking and starts the doing!

Physical exercise is implicated in making one smarter.
