depressed and sad. I think it is really hard for me. Some times it can get ugly. I hear other people are the opposite and tend to clean while they are sad or depressed to feel better. I have done that before, but didn't get much from it.

It's nearly impossible for me to do any of those things on a good day so when I'm depressed it's even worse.

My crap is usually in disarray, weather I am depressed, happy or neutral. Nonetheless, I almost always know where everything is despite the chaos and I do tidy up from time to time.

yup. sometimes a depressed person's personal hygiene takes a hit, too. just no energy for anything.

when i was down in the dumps i really WAS down in the dumps. now that i have recovered from that, i still have yet to recover externally.
