in alot of pain
here are a list of things that are hurting
- some bump in my ear that feels like a needle or sharp object when i put on my head phones
-some painful pimples on my head, and some pimples going down my arms and back and even down my #@$%. i also have four moles. one on my back, two on my face, and one under my armpit.
-my legs and feet since i walk and stand so much. its been like that since i was little. always felt it.
- i sometimes have back pain as well.
- sometimes i also have a hard time sleeping sometimes. its been happening since that new years eve party in 2002.
-my eye socket hurts along with my head sometimes and im also sensitive to light and darkness. so i have to be in a dark room with a warm pack on my eyes just for the pain to go away.
-there are times where i have bad thoughts about high school that are trying to break through but i try not to and it also causes me to bite the crap out of my nails.
any ideas how i can get rid of this pain? ive been having it for a while now.
I actually just joined/found this forum and this thread and HAD to reply.

My "pimples" only started really bothering me 4 1/2yr ago.My work required me to go from130degF to 0deg repeatedly. I attributed them to that.
Went to
Dr #1 and diag.."Hidradenitis Suppurativa" NOPE not that, and even I figured that out.
Dr#2 , a dermitoligist , mind you, hasnt a frikkin clue. That jerk did nothing but prescribe an antidepresant WTF is he doin that for. Thinks my condition is because Im depressed. NO I.just got divoriced and my dad was diag w ALS. Hey Im single!! my#@$% aint lookin "right"
Dr#3 different diag "pyoderma gangrenosum" after alot of "looking at it and poking" prescribes high doses of steroids which inhibits my immune system.....WRONG..Skin becomes worse, and makes me sick alot
Dr#4 Now "Neuro-Dermititis".???I'm going to a college known for Derm and they tell me its of a neuro nature REALLY??
I have gone through hell in the last 4yrs because of exactly this.I worked for 20yrs as a fitter/fab/elec/riger/etc for the same company. They fired me,long story.......almost back. EEOC found in my favor
It would be wonderful if anybody knows of these conditions and a cure.
Even just for the "pimples".! !!

well im srry if i sound woosy but im starting to get tired of these issues. i have been trying some methods but they dont seem to be working out for me.
At a glance I would say that there are at least four separate issues going on: a dematological condition (the acne), an orthopaedic issue (the back/leg/foot pain) and the headaches. As for the nail biting, that seems to be a stress response, but there's no way to know whether that is disordered or not. Similarly, the sleep issue isn't well defined enough to make any guesses.
If I was to set a priority, I would look at the ortho issues, first. I would look at your exercise regieme and consider whether or not you need to make changes to that. I would take a very serious look at your footwear. If you are wearing poor shoes and standing in them for long periods, that can lead to foot, leg, hip and back pain. It may also be a trigger issue for your headaches--but that's just conjecture on my part.
Second priority would be the skin issues. If topical and antibiotic therapies have not been successful, it may be that one of the more aggressive medications might be valuable.
The only reason I put these ahead of the headaches is the possibility that the headaches may be a secondary presentation that is related to one of these issues. If, however, the headaches persist, or if their severity presents more clinical significance than the other conditions, that could bump them up the list.
