40ft into the air - <1second (kitesurfing)
75 mile cycle that was after 3 hours kitesurfing

i am proud of myself hahaha :D

I'm gonna start running again i think but i got to be careful of my knees. I will try "barefoot" style where i land on the ball of my foot. It is safer, ever so slightly more efficient and more fun

1 mile... not sure... I'm an endurance athlete not track or sprinter. Certainly somewhere below 6 min/mile.

1/2 marathon: 1:35-ish.

1/2 ironman: 4:56

Full ironman? We'll see next year!

The one I always remember ... 4 metres and 2 centimetres for the long jump, in competition, when I was 11 years old.
I haven't tried a long jump since.
If I tried again today, I doubt I'd do any better. (That's only 5 metres off a world record, after all!)

RC Racing records for me:

Won 540 and Stock Brushed On Road Seasons in 2005 (local club)
fastest lap in 540 (stood until track shut down)

"Proper Sports"

Basketball my records from playing "A Grade" back in 2003-04 are:

Points in a game - 62
Rebounds - 14
Blocks - 11
3 pointers made in a game 13/17
Free throws in a game 28/32

I found that being 6'7 most people made the assumption I couldn't shoot from outside. Way I saw it, bombing 3's it meant I could run 20-25 less ft each time up the floor!

..managed to get banned from both nightclubs in town when I was in my 20's, and I'm a non-drinker (and always have been)

That's a record, and it was kinda a sport

Back in the early 70s, 10 mile time trail, (cycling), 23 minutes and 48 seconds, was a Junior, (under sixteen) club record.

^^ That's a little over 25 mph. Impressive for a junior. Most impressive. Typical amateur TT speeds are 25-26 mph, and that's for seasoned riders. Of course there's always one or two maniacs in every race who post pro-level speeds of 30 mph. ALWAYS!

Us tri geeks are a little slower. We need to save the legs for the run.

Nice. I also on sight around that grade. We use the yosemite decimal grading system here in the states so its close to 5.10d. I've red-pointed harder stuff but on sight ground up ascents are far better style wise!

Um, I never really kept track of any records, because basketball and tennis aren't much for records, but I did make 20 three pointers in a row once. Another time I made 5 half court shots in a row. This is what happens when focus is all whacked out. Yay for AS!
