creative, huh?
Anyway, when I wake up in the morning, the middle of my back hurts but goes away as soon as I get up. I looked at a vertebral column and it appears to be my seventh thoracic vertebrae or thereabouts.
I can think of a few reasons it does this:
my weight and sleeping on my front side.
The bed is either too hard or too soft. It is pretty hard. It's one of those expensive mattresses, too.
I can't sleep on my back because I'm a snorer. I can't fall asleep on my back most times but sometimes wake up on it.
thanks for reading.
