When I take a nap lately, I've been waking up with a mild headache, sore neck and slight sickness. I think it's defined as grogginess. I looked it up, it has something to do with "sleep inertia". Any clue on how to overcome this so I can get some rest?

I have trouble taking a nap sometimes too. I'm not sure how to answer your question,, but I decided to bump your post up to the top so that more people can respond to it. :)
