Since I do am not able to correctly identify anything other than extreme feelings of hunger or fullness, and because I cannot stick to an ideal food schedule (because I get absorbed in my obsessions and lose track of time), I think the only possible way for me to lose anything at all is to go back to strictly counting calories.
So....if I am really fat now, and I eat 1000 to 1200 a day, will I be able to lose? Everywhere I read says I have to eat more than 2000, but I don't want to maintain. I want to lose, and I want to lose a lot. I want to be down to 140 at least by next June. So, will that work?
