Eating veggies and fruit like a mad man

Hm.

I love mushrooms and peppers and spices.
I try to drink tons of water- I've been finding it to help with my circulation problems.
I brush my teeth no matter how tired I am. It makes me feel ready for bed, and much better in the morning, too.

Ehe...I love this topic...
I am quite full of healthy addiction..

- to meditate daily
- sport dedication, yes...religiously
- healthy food with my timetable ( fruit-protein-carboidrate) in right time during the day

I love to respect my timetable for meditating
and eating, and absolutely healthy food
I think is important to know what we usually eat
is a form of respect for our body-mind
to develop awareness and particularly if you play any kind of sport
a good eating habit is the foundation to get a good result
and maintanance of healthy habit.
I think it would be so helpful if at school teachers will introduce
subject connected with knowledge about food.
Our body-mind is strongly affected by what we eat
and to create healthy habit since we are child is an important issue!!
....as you can see...I love healthy addiction.....
make me feeling strong clear dedicated to good habit to take care of my body-mind-heart

Energy drinks??? they are crimeeeeee!!

For many people, excessive Internet use is an unhealthy addiction. It can keep you from getting enough exercise and sleep, If a person is really addicted, they might eat junk food while web surfing, instead of taking the time to prepare something healthful.

Internet is an unhealthy addiction for me, but I get exercise. I've always had problems with sleep. You can eat junk food while you are not surfing.

I count the internet as an addiction which is healthy mentally. It's how I socialise.

I concede the point. (also to you crissyrun.) Web surfing is healthy mentally. Almost anything taken to extreme is not healthy, however- including Internet use. In moderation, it is much healthier than veging in front of the TV for example.

Green vegetables.

I workout at home. I don't like going to gym everyday. I go to the gym twice a week.. anyway I have a workout addiction. I just like that feeling of being fit and am addicted to that.
