I was replying to a young ladies post "running the only thing that keeps me sane" A very good point came to mind. I see a lot of us struggling with problems. So I thought I should put it in a new post about Aspie-Tude up for people to see.

I haven't been dealt the best hand but I have done one hell of a job playing the one I have. Sure there are going to be bumps in the road but how we choose to cope makes all the difference. We have to arm ourselves with a healthy life style if we are going to succeed.

You can't have a healthy mind if you don't have a healthy body. Keeping our minds in tune takes a holistic approach of moral SOCIAL and physical disciplines.

I am pretty excited to have just figuired out I am an Aspie and am working with a Doc to get it diagnosed and begin dealing with my Social issues.

Self destructive behaviors should be avoided like the plague. Actively seek personal growth and self improvement. Life is a learning process. We seem to be these hybrid types of people that were meant to fly and if we don't we fall.

I am one of those people that have a hard time accepting prayer from a religious perspective but if you think about it worrying is the opposite of prayer. So we have to use some sort of positive projection on a regular basis.

It takes a lot work to reach your goals but the pride earned along the way makes it worth your while. I will choose that over failure and guilt any day. Been there done that and my heart and soul just can’t take it.
