when it comes too hazel eyes (green/brown combo) apperently the more stress you go through the more green they will get.

is this true or not?

I'm not sure if this is true for me or not. I'll have to pay more attention!

Um not in my experience. They look more green if I wear green, or am surrounded by a lot of green (like if I am in the middle of a grassy field). But that is just the light reflecting.

It seems that way. The more irritation my eyes experience, the greener they get. Smokers have complimented me on having emerald-green eyes, and then asked why they were bloodshot as well.

fnord maybe its just the 'bloodshot effect' making your eyes appear more green. if you have hazel and start crying they turn green becuase of all the reddness/irritation that the tears cause.

The green in my eyes definitely shows stronger when I'm in a different or unsettled mood.

I've been told by my husband that when I'm down my eyes are grey/blue, when I'm happy they become blue and when I'm in a certain physical intimate state they become bright green.

Light makes the difference for mine.
