My physical therapist wants me in HKAFO braces and more

My physical therapist wants me in HKAFO braces and a molded back brace. HKAFO means hip knee ankle foot orthosis which is a brace that goes from above the hips to your feet. anyone have any exerance with anything of kinds of braces?

Didn't those fall out of use 40 years ago? Get a second opinion!! !

no they did not fall out 40 years ago. they still ues them but not as much. also they look to be my only option other than major surgery on both legs to stratighen them. by the way the surgery may not even help if I get it, but with the braces atlest I will be able to walk easier.
