I'd say yes, possibly, it'd be case by case obviously. For me, I'm 21 and only now am starting to get a lot of chest hair, and as far as facial hair and all that, I was later, too. I also grew 2 inches at 17 years old. I'm DXed NVLD, and the people diagnosing me literally said "almost but not quite" for Aspergers, and now most psychs I talk to agree with Aspergers as a diagnosis, so take that for what you want.
I know one guy, who, he hasn't outright told me he's an Aspie, but, 171 IQ, photographic memory, he'd get tests in school and write the exact page number the question was, and where on the page it was. He displays some traits, but he's also in his 50s now. Anyway, though, he graduated highschool, 17, at 120 pounds, and 5'2, he grew 10 inches and doubled his weight by the time of his 5 year class reunion, mind you, during that time he also started powerlifting, so I don't know if the powerlifting made him make extra growth hormone or what, it's hard to say, he never took any steroids or other drugs for it, though, so yeah.
So the best I can tell you is "maybe."
