Okay, so I know about "a little bit at a lot of times through the day".

But should it be after I work out, when I'm tired out, so my body doesn't store fat?


Or when I'm okay?

You should eat a meal befor you work out then go and work out that away you have the energy to work out longer I hope this helps.
