When i walk a lot of the time i hear these clicking noises coming from my legs/knees. i don't feel any pain whatsoever and i rarely get leg or knee pains.

what is perplexing me though is howi could be getting these problems with my legs at onyl age 22? i drink a pint of milk, eat cheese and exercise by doing walking for 1 hour a day.

any advice?

If you don't have any pain, how is the noise a problem? That happens sometimes, but if it continues, I'd see a doctor and ask his opinion about it.

If I turn my left arm a certain way it pops in the shoulder socket. Same with my right leg. Hasn't caused any issues that I know of

Do you use your legs enough? If you don't, it's probably your joints not moving enough, but if you do, then it's probably fine. My knees do it, I could do it all day if I put all my weight on one leg and pivoted on my foot. Clicks and cracks like clockwork.
