So anyways my economics teacher was being an @ss and made us sprint outside because its 1st hour and were all dead tired.
So i was busy tyin my shoe while they were running and my reacher said hed lock te slowest ones out.
So i sprinted like hell and pulled something in my left-lower back, at my hip.

So now i can attempt the squat and make it but its bad form and i dont feel any pressure where its supposed to be.
All i feel is my fvcked up hip aching.
What should i do about this predicament?

Not even PE teachers should make you run to the point of hurting yourself. Let alone threaten to lock the slowest out of class. Let alone an economics teacher. Depending on your geographic location and the school you're going to things may be different, but if a teacher at my school ever did that there would be serious repercussions. I would complain to the school and see a doctor about your hip.

Well, let it heal. I've thankfully thanks to skating and the way I do squats (I point my toes out some, but that makes it bad for the knees because you get uneven quad development, yay...) I've got non-tight hip flexors, but lots of people got problems with their hip flexors and they're rarely stretched. Frank Yang, despite being a troll 90% of the time, made a VERY informative video about hip flexor stretches, and how they're basically the only stretch you need. So for now, well, don't squat, let things heal up. Ice/hot, whatever you wish, and in the future stretch your hip flexors out.

So for now just let it heal. You're young, it'll heal fast. Benchpress or do pullups or something like that, just let it heal up. But, in the future, gain flexibility, and do some wide stanced stuff, ie, sumo deadlifts, slideboard work, and stretch the hip flexors out.

EDIT:
Wait, your lower back? Hmm, probably not hip flexor related. Anyway, don't squat and let it heal.

Best treatment of muscle stain is "RICE": rest, ice (approx. 15-20 mins at a time), compression and elevation. Obviously with a hip strain, there are limitations on what you can do. But certainly limiting your use of the leg and using ice packs to reduce swelling will promote healing over the initial day or two.

Slowly returning to greater activity, while doing plenty of stretching exercises will help hasten recovery once the initiatial symptoms have abated.

Thankfully you're young. Here is what I recommend:

1) See a chiropracter, follow his advice
2) Complain to the school board/principal anonymously if possible, if not, then maybe get in touch with the biggest cheese in the school district
3) Don't try to work out. If you feel like you need to do something, lay on a bench, do free weight bench presses, bicep curls, tricep curls, etc.

Riding a bicycle did wonders for my recovery when I strained my back and inflamed the sciatic nerve. (2x)
Physical therapy had me ride a stationary bike, do squats on a total gym ( = body weight exercise) and do various stretches.

The second time I inflamed my sciatic I skipped PT and just got myself a GOOD 10 speed bicycle and did yoga at home.. Slowly but surely the pain has gone away. I'm just about ready to lift weights again but not until after I've done more Body weight strength training.

Best of luck buddy. Give bicycling a try.
