Hey guys!

Been gyming for years! Last year wasn't very much because the college has bad food. Now I am at self catered college which is better.

This is me today:

Currently 73.1kg, was 65.4kg this time last year (note why bad college food).
Target to be 78kg by this November at this rate.
Diet: supplements, organic shakes, protein shakes, fresh veggies and fruits per day. Water everyday!

I never feel so fit like this before. And also much happier for being myself :)

Good job, looks like you're making steady lean muscle gains, keep up the work.

I got lot of free protein stuff tonight from friend of mine! Looks like I am going to be very big before end of the year. Hitting 80kg mark sometime!

Be careful of all those bodybuilding supplements. My youngest bro up in Qld just found out one of his supplements was banned in other countries because of links to cancer.

Food has most everything you need.

Hey man. I don't use unpopular supplements. I only take well known tested brands such as Ripped, Natural Ways, Nature's Own, Planet Organic and Black Widow. They are all popular brands.

Now just after a week later, I gained 1.5kg in past week. Now bulking up nicely!

My legs are thickening lately. I can feel it today after 5km run. I guess the health is pretty good. No more stomach stitches!

So that is total of 13km run/walk this week! My legs is taking new level now. I never felt my legs pretty tough before. Tomorrow, after my final exam I will be heading to do core group fitness for 30minutes of extreme workout of your crunchie rock hard abs! Then 40minutes of mass gym weights time before having large chicken meal and football time :)
