So our summer workouts start today.

Im so nervous.

What should i say/do?

Will it be odd for me to be there as im unfamiliar?
Also they may make fun of me because of
my antisocial skills and unfitness

Yes, they'll make fun of you. Basically, follow along the best you can, try your best, curse a lot and be a jackass and pretend you're the s**t. At least that's my experience from my couple weeks playing Pop Warner (I quit, I liked the idea of playing football more than actually playing it.)

Not to be rude, but are we talking about American football or Football/Soccer?

As for the nerves, as long you love playing it. Your love for the game should overcome the nerves in a while. I should know I played baseball back in highschool, and I was nervous at first.

American football.

Baseball was a LOT easier socially than football for me, at least at the 12 year old kid level. Baseball is a team sport, but in some ways it's more individual. I know one person who likely has Aspergers who played football in college, though not high school. For him, he started powerlifting and had a huge growth spurt, going from 120lbs and 5'2 when he graduated high school, and then his 5 year high school reunion he was 6'0 and 240lbs, and could bench like 500 and squat like 700. So in his case, he brought a lot to the table playing football, so people just would overlook his eccentricities, but you, since you're not bringing a lot to the table, it's gonna be a lot tougher.

This is just me, but I prefer individual sports, as if you're good at planning and strategy, it's relatively easy to get to whatever your goals are by yourself. It depends, on what your motivation to play football is. Do you just do it because you love football, or are you doing it to be cool, popular, etc? That'll affect a lot on how you play and the effort you put in. It won't be sustainable if you're just doing it to be cool or whatever.

Pay attention, and try as hard as you can to do whatever is asked of you. When you are at home, watch football games on tv and learn as much as you can from that. This way, you'll be well-versed in the game and will be able to sound convincing when you are talking about the game with the other guys.

My oldest son got onto a football team for one year in eighth grade. It was a VERY good experience. He wasn't a star by any means, but the other guys were nice, and he had a good time.

Socially, you don't have to be great. Remember, some of the other guys aren't all that social either. Just stay quiet -- don't try and make a name for yourself by being funny. It won't work. Laugh at the other guy's jokes, and don't allow the other guys to talk you into doing stuff that makes you look dumb, or gets you into trouble. The best thing you can do is observe, observe, observe. This will make you a better football player, and you can use this situation to learn social skills. By the way, good job making it onto the team! This could be a great experience!

Make sure you are eating enough (a little worried about that from seeing your diet plan in an earlier thread). With football you do not need to be concerned with losing weight, since you said you are around average. If anything you want to gain some.
