i enjoy runing/jogging more than cycling or walking.... only thing is though is how much runnig will cause height loss since i heard runners tend too lose more in stature over time compared too non runners.

Is there way i can run without risking me shrinking too much in the future?

Wow, I've never heard of that before, but I suppose it is possible since running places a lot of strain on your ankles and shins. I've been running nearly every day, multiple times a day since I was 9 years old, and it would certainly explain why I used to be the tallest girl in all of my classes during childhood when in the end I only grew to 5' 7".

I worry about my knees and joint damage. Didn't know about height loss. There's also arrhythmia to worry about. I just be sure not to over do it.

5'7" isn't bad at all for a girl. All the girls in my family are under 5'3.

I never heard about the disadvantages of running or bad effects of running. I would like to share an amazing fact that women's running shorts is the most selling products category in our website!
