So I've finally figured something out.
Doing things that engage your focus...FEELS GOOD XD

It's what I'm "supposed" to do.

I learned this from playing football. I like it and should engage myself in the world more often then just numb my mind with stupid things like videogames.

It's just what people do.
You know "better things to do" means this.

Anyways, I've got this period of time where my mind significantly numbs ( 2hours between summer school and practice).
It's at 11:30 till 2pm when I just sit in the library.
What to do?

I get what you mean :D.

Videogames are a great way to pass time, but in the end of the day they do just that, pass time, without leaving any sense of fulfillment. Doing other activities like playing football might be more difficult to start doing and keep doing, but you end up feeling better :D

Keep a diary.
Write a short story.
