I had a period of reading alternative health websites,
some natural cures that work for me are:

-Drinking diluted Apple Cider Vinegar gets rid of heartburn almost immediately

-Putting Apple Cider Vinegar on rashes caused by fungus gets rid of them.

-Vitamin D for seasonal affective disorder

-Cranberry juice for bladder infections

-Ultra low carb diet for losing weight and getting rid of fungal skin infections such as Jock itch or ringworm

Paradoxical, but personally I believe the value is acid sensitive, and GERD happens very quickly, having acetic acid areound value ensure it close properly.

This also the same principle as treating walls for mold. (except recommend using with vinegar). Ovbious if your wall is very moldy then get a professional becuase it can be dangerous to be near there.

Also recommend a blue light.

Can go either way. Some fungal infections are due to low immunity. You can also apply pro-biotics (yogurt) to some fugal infections like Candida. Lots of carb isn't good, but super low carbs is a long term solution. Better sources of carbs, more complex is better.

There was an interesting study, that showed re-heated day old pasta behaved more like fiber than freshly made pasta. Resulting in a lower blood glucose surge.
