What are some good ways too get rid of a lot energy during the day? how many hours of exercise and other things do you need too do?

Work on cars. Saps the life out of you. Exercise if it's fun, honestly just gives me more energy, but like, doing some car work or something, cleaning your room, all life suckers.

Too much exercise can actually damage your body, but we do need some. Don't do more than an hour a day of high energy exercise, unless you are in training for a sport or the Olympics, as you don't need more than that. If you still are too revved up, you can supplement by spending additional time during the day on lower energy exercises, like walking, moderate biking, and moderate swimming--not race swimming, just swimming for fun.
