During and after, not many times though... It can happen when I really push myself hard. It can also happen if I don't hydrate enough, or if I overheat, overeat, under eat, under sleep, eat or drink the wrong things for the time, and some days the stomach just isn't happy. I even puked one day at sports rehab after doing leg presses when I was out of shape. Talk about embarrassing... I only had a Pepsi to drink that day though so I suspect I was dehydrated. After I throw up, I usually take a breather, refuel, and get back to working out if I got it in me, but usually at a lower intensity.
