2 people that i know very well are having an arranged street fight next week. i asked them how heavy they are and what there lifestyle habits were

1st guy

weight 224 pounds
age 22
height 6ft1
activities: goes too the gym and does weights, although is very fat so has a mixture of muscle and fat. although does sometimes goes too the gym is quite lazy and not active but is natuarlly strong and i think he has some fighting experience.
lifestyle habits: drinks, smokes (might occasionally do drugs) and eats a lot of food.

2nd guy
weight 142 lbs
age 22
height 5ft9 - 5ft10
activities no real fighting experience, cycles for hours intensivly miles everyday in hardest gear and has hardly any body fat and is in very good shape condition in terms of physical fitness. does a short session of pushups every other day
lifestyle habits: does not drink, smoke or do drugs. eats and drinks mostly healthy

1st guy. It's why bouncers, bodyguards, etc, are huge.

Ballet dancer would beat them both.

It depends on the amount of neuroconnectedness they got with their bodies. Figure skating, oddly enough, made me way more confident at punching, kicking, etc, just because I learned to control my body better and faster.

But overall I'd say twice the weight and strength would probably win.

If he's "very fat" at 6'1" and 224 lbs, he can't have that much muscle.

I think it depends on how they fight. The 1st guy would win if he used his weight like a wrestler but the 2nd guy would win if he sprinted away from the 1st guy's moves.

It depends more on your fighting skills than on whether or not you are in "top physical shape". You can be in great shape but if you don't know how to punch or block or dodge a punch, you are in trouble. Also, who can hit the hardest? Connecting with the first punch and that punch being hard enough to put the other guy down is a major advantage.

I've seen smaller guys (and gals) win against bigger gys (or gals) because they have better skills. I'm pretty skinny and not all that strong, but if I get in a fight with a bigger and stronger girl (or guy) who has no fighting skills, I've got a good chance of winning, because I know what I'm doing.

Also, somebody who has no fighting skills in real life is going to be shocked as hell when the other guy connects to their face the first time and IT REALLY HURTS! That will make you freeze up, especially if it knocks you back. You won't know how to recover, you won't be expecting it, and in those few seconds it takes to regain your balance and thoughts, the other guy will have you on the ground.

So, I'd pretty much bet against the guy with no real life experience, no matter what kind of shape he's in. Riding a bike doesn't really do much to get you ready to fight somebody, except to build stamina.

Small fry might want to reconsider, if he doesn't know how to fight at all. He could win if he plays his cards right though, but he doesn't know how to fight, so I doubt he would make intelligent decisions in the heat of the moment. If he had decent JJ skills and somewhat decent striking, he could have a high chance at beating up the big guy.

Big guy is more likely to win because small fry is dumb, and big guy has strength advantages, power, thicker bone density, starting speed (lets face it most fights in the street don't last long because most people in street fights are stupid and have no patience), and hes had a fight or two in his day so he's going to know a bit what it's like to experience the force of another man and how to give.
