I have only been in one fight(thank goodness)-but that was just to defend myself-but there was this one time where my brother-and even though he's younger he's a heck of alot bigger than I am-made me very angry and I slapped him out of his chair.

I've been weightlifting for fun and fitness. I'm up to 135 pound deadlifts, 50 pound bicep curls, and 70 pound bench press. I weigh 135, so the deadlift is bodyweight. and the benchpress is over 50% of bodyweight.

I have been in fights when I was a kid but lost some of them (I am talkng the ages in-between 6-8 ) but stated winning them when I turned 10 because I had anger realise problems when I used to just take fighting to a whole new un-safe level (when I say that I mean strangling and taking my three middle fingers and giving them a nice gab in the throat... it really hurts).

I could do 20 press-ups/push-ups before I broke both my wrists last month and can't even get into the possition. I hope I can start doing them again because I used to do them before I went to sleep and helped me sleep.

When I was a kid, I didn't get into fights because I was smaller than everyone and wouldn't stand a chance. When I hit my growth spurt, I got in one fight and won it emphatically, then lost my urge to fight. Once you know you can deal with your problems, the problems quit being such a big deal and you can laugh them off just like the "experts" tell you to.

I can bench 175, arm curl around 100 (I pull my biceps easily so I don't test my max curl often), and leg press as much as maybe more than 360. For reps, I can bench 100 (10 times), curl 70 (10) and leg press 250 (20). My triceps are disproportionately strong compared to the rest of my body, I can do a 125 lb tricep extension. My chest is my weak point because I have trouble finding exercises which isolate it.

How do those numbers compare to bodyweight? If you weigh 200, 100 pounds bench is 50% bodyweight, for example. Just curious.

I'm 250 lbs. Overweight, somewhere between 30-50 lbs. I'm not sure precisely how overweight I am, because 1) a significant amount of my weight is muscle, and 2) based on measuring the width of my shoulders and hips, I have a significantly larger than average frame.

I'm training more to build strength and muscle than to lose weight because adult onset diabetes runs in my family, and building muscle is the best way to ward it off.

I'm gradually getting stronger as I have been lifting for about a month now. When I started this 3-month workout plan, I had no intention of continuing it beyond the time I had to in order to get a required merit badge for scouts. I may consider at least continuing to lift enough to keep my strength where it is after the 3 months.

My Dad has made me physically and mentally tough. I made a world record in 2001 and 2002 on 2 1/2" handle dead lift. I lifted 53 lbs. at age 6. My Dad may get me started on Bench Press, but I haven't stopped growing yet. I am going to be 12 this December was why he might get me started. I have big muscles and they get big every time I do push-ups, dumbells, and anything I lift. All my my arms are is muscle. They are solid rock. I call myself Miss Heavyweight. :)

I will put it this way: I once challenged a declawed kitty to a fight and lost in five rounds. Oh, the shame of that day.

I can knock down houses just by staring at them.

That goes in the category of "evil superpowers," not "physical strength." 8)

I can knock down buildings by looking at them, too. However, this power only comes to me during natural disasters such as hurricanes, tornadoes, and earthquakes.

I lifted my mother, yesterday. She is about 172 lbs. I started Bench Press a week ago. I can do about 15 reps with 45 lbs. I have moved up to 50 this week. I got worn out before I had the chance to do any reasonable reps. I am on 50-60 lbs. on pull downs. I can lift 20-30 lbs. on dumbells. I have gained some muscular weight since I have first started Bench Press. I guess that's all of the info I have.

Have a nice evening!
