40 biceps curls...no progress
I dunno whats happened.
I started out with 35lb concentration curls, to failure in maybe ten to twelve reps.
I didnt notice my bis bulking up to support the weight
they just kinda did teh work (bad form i think?)
i went down to 30s in non concentration form
Form was still kinda off. I noticed i felt like i had low stamina.
Finally I went down to 25s(ah, back to ninth grade again) in normal position.
I had decent form this time at maybe 8 to10 reps FAILURE
Is it bad form is it stamina?
I mean my squats have gotten better (i did 3 sets of 15 @120lbs today)
though i havent been getting much sleep.
or is it my diet?

Was their any burn in your biceps, either right away or the next day? Consider whether you have been feeling any burn in those muscles or soreness within 48 hours before deciding to change your form and technique on your bicep curls.
Bad diet and lack of sleep would tell me laziness in your workout routine, but I don't have enough information to make that conclusion.
Secondly, stamina and strength are two different things. Which is your goal?

It was today.
All I can say is my arms work and look like I just m-bated/
I haven't been sleeping properly due to homework.
And it's more strength than stamina I want in my arms.

Well, isolation exercises aren't gonna do much without hormones helping them along. You should probably squat or deadlift to get a hormonal response, and then do curls later. Also, I think in general your rep scheme you're using for all your exercises is too high, try sets of 3-5 at a heavy weight and see where your progress goes. Do 5 sets, or about 21-30 reps total per exercise. Lastly "burn" and pump aren't really fantastic indicators of muscle growth. You get a ton of "burn" and "pump" from like running or riding a bike, but most runners and cyclists aren't huge. Going with less reps, if you notice, only sprinters and track cyclists are really all too muscular, as they're working for max muscular force, not endurance.
Lastly, it's just your biceps, dude. Yes, big biceps look cool, but you're better off not worrying about them much, and just working on the compound exercises, as those'll get the rest of your body more muscular. Even if, somehow, you did your curls and got 19 inch arms, if it doesn't fit the rest of your frame and you're like 140lbs, you just look dumb. So do the curls if you want, but don't lose sleep at night over them.
