oh. :idea: thanx for that. i take lots of supplements myself, i hope they're doing me good as they empty my wallet.

Me too, the only one I take that I can positively say makes a noticeable difference is Vitamin D tablets, even when people are dying around me at work, I just don't get bad colds and flu anymore.

Eatotronic3000. I have like 40 posts on there as there's nothing really useful to me there. Misc is sometimes fun to read.

I don't take any traditional bodybuilding supps. Just vitamins and herbs.

Omega-3 fatty acids (or fish oil), I notice a difference.
